homemade anti-wrinkle mask. Apply on the face using a cotton ball dipped in soda bicarbonate water and let the
mixture sit for 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water afterwards.
Another variance for the carrot juice mask is to add up one teaspoon of almond oil instead of honey. Allow the
mixture to cool in the refrigerator for two hours then apply around the eyes, cheeks, forehead and the chin for 30
minutes. Wash with tap water afterwards. Milk cream mixed with lime juice can be used to sooth dry skins. It can
minimize skin wrinkling because of its soothing effect.
Egg white is good because of its nutritional value and low saturated fat and cholesterol content as compared to the
yolk. It is also an effective anti-wrinkle mask. Spread egg white over the skin under the eyes, on the forehead as
well as the neck and let dry for an hour. Wipe it off with a cotton wool dipped in ice cold water. Vitamin C tablet
dissolved in one half teaspoon of boiling water, cooled then mixed with eye cream can help revitalize tired and
puffy eyes and reduce wrinkles around it.
Drinking at least eight glasses of water a day and supplementing it with natural fruit juices will not only make
the body strong and healthy but can also help in preventing skin dryness making it moisturized from within.
Caffeine rich drinks should be limited if not totally avoided because they can be harmful to the skin.
Having a good night sleep and a much needed rest are not to be overlooked. Lack of sleep will not only make the
body weak but will also make the skin dull, dry and prone to wrinkles.
Being successful and in control are not only measured in terms of how efficient we are at work. It is best
projected with a wonderful appearance and a healthy outlook in life. So instead of saving up and planning to have
